2 MARKETING AND SALES
(a) Do we know who our top 20% of customers are? Our bottom 20%? And how much profit (or loss) they account for?

3 OPERATIONS
(a) Do we know what our most critical, end-to-end, strategic and tactical business processes are? Are they documented in a user-friendly format? Is the documentation used frequently and kept current?
